Mrs. Ivelina Mihaleva and her company VANP Invest received the prestigious 2024 Golden Luxe Awards for luxury construction!
One of your successful business projects is the construction and investment company VANP Invest, of which you are the founder. What are the challenges you most often encounter while running a company in such a dynamic segment?
To me, challenges are a positive thing. They create the conditions to show your potential and demonstrate character. I believe that one has the power to constantly evolve, create and build on. When you have a strong motivation to act, challenges are just part of the process.
Something we focus on is our desire to meet the growing needs of clients who are becoming more demanding in terms of building design, functionality and energy efficiency. That is why we work with the highest-grade materials, believing in long-term solutions.
Speaking of Sofia, one of the challenges is certainly the limited space for construction in developing areas. Our projects are distinguished by good location, excellent connectivity and high-end performance.
VANP Invest has won the Golden Luxe Awards – Golden Key for Luxury Construction 2024. What does this recognition mean for you?
To me, and to the team, this is an exceptional recognition. This award materializes the efforts we systematically apply to maintain high standards in construction, design solutions and comfort, which are entirely focused on having complete customer satisfaction. I am grateful that the work we accomplish has been noticed. The professionalism of our team and the partners we work with is one of the things that motivates me and I am glad that together we are achieving successes that reflect our vision of excellence in luxury construction in Bulgaria.
Tell us more about VANP Invest. How is the company evolving?
At VANP Invest, we believe in measured growth and a strategic approach, guided by long-term planning and sustainable development. We strive to create quality. This is why we have focused on high-end construction, with the idea that the value our clients receive is maintained and increased over time.
The company has been established with investment purpose, but we apply a controlled and conservative approach to our investments. We focus on detailed planning and execution, avoiding risky decisions because stability is our priority. Due to this approach, we have had steady growth over the last few years, without any major amplitudes, because growth is limited.
We do not depend on external sources of funding such as banks, investors and customer funds. This gives us flexibility of decisions as well as more control over projects. So far, the sales of the properties we have built have started after obtaining Form 15 and even after Form 16. This is indicative of our strategy.
What are the trends in luxury construction and what innovations are you introducing in luxury buildings?
More and more attention is being paid to the use of natural materials, as well as the implementation of energy-efficient systems and „smart“ solutions. The concept of open spaces, minimalist elegance and the integration of amenities related to wellness and emotional comfort remain relevant. This includes a holistic approach that adds a physical, emotional and environmental note to the material and aesthetic aspect of luxury. Therefore, we create spaces with an inherent sense of harmony and serenity, among all the other benefits.
The guiding force in our work is satisfying our clients’ criteria. In luxury construction, the limits of their requirements vary in an extremely wide range. For us, the ultimate luxury lies in the details that are often hidden to the eye. These are mainly reliable technical solutions such as high-grade sound insulation, integrated heating systems, stainless steel plumbing, air purification systems and luxuriously executed common areas.
Which are the most successful projects of VANP Invest?
The projects we do are initiated with the clear ideas and objectives I mentioned. Accordingly, I can safely define all the projects we have implemented as successful because they achieve these goals. To date, all the properties we have built have been sold or leased.
I would like to pay special attention to one of our latest projects. It is in its final phase. This is the Monterra premium residential building. It is located at 142 Cherni Vrah Boulevard. The area is developing at a fast pace, but amidst all the visual noise, the look of Monterra will create a feeling of comfort, security and aristocracy. Due to its location, which is next to a future subway station, the building will have a unified design on all sides, with no hidden rear part. This will give it a measured overall look and aesthetic. We have really taken care of a lot of things.
Are you planning to have VANP Invest work abroad as well?
At the moment we believe there is a lot more to offer here. We have never set limits to our dreams, so there will surely come a time when we will set our sights beyond the borders of Bulgaria.
